At Redshift7toys.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
